Ginisang Mungo with Pritong Tilapia
When the global economy is in tatters, uncertain and with the interests rates in Australia going up again, there is no better way to observe austerity measure but to cook the traditional Ginisang Mungo with matching Fried Fish. Donno, I simply can't imgaine cooking a Ginising Mungo without ka match na Piniritong Isda. Without the latter kasi ay para kang nag honeymoon na wala sa tabi mo si misis...LOL.

Anyhow, enjoy it mates and once the market is bullish again, I will show you naman yong medyo classy na pagkain :)

I can't wait...I'm too bloody excited to see ya all mates laughing all night at Las Vegas strip. I spoke with Joriz last night via Viber and her updates truly deserves a front page headline at the New of the World....LOL
